MOD PIZZA PACKAGING
In 2023, I art directed a new suite of brand packaging that reflected our new branded, brighter red as well as our brand messaging of “all pizzas welcome.” We have two different size pizza boxes, one larger box for our “MOD-size” pizzas and a smaller box for our “MINI-size” pizzas. We printed two slightly different versions to differentiate the two.

Purpose Packaging
In 2023, there was an initiative to share our support for our “squad” to our customers. MOD is not only a pizza place, but also a people place. When hiring our squad members, we often hire “second chance” people who experience barriers to employment such as those experiencing homelessness, or a criminal record or individuals with IDD. Our squad is made up of very unique and interesting people who are hard working and have a story to tell. The QR code on the box would lead customers to a landing page on our website where they can “learn more” and dive deep into these squad members stories.
